FormsFrom Jewellery is the result of a long creative journey — one that began in industrial design and evolved through the worlds of automotive, computational form, and sound.

Founder Mark Lloyd trained in Industrial Design at the Royal College of Art, later applying his design skills in the automotive industry, where precision, emotion, and performance converge in every surface. His work in advanced modelling and form development has always been driven by a fascination with transformation — how energy becomes material, how motion becomes emotion, how sound might one day become form.

That day came with the birth of Sound-Made — a proprietary process developed by Mark that transforms recordings of sound into three-dimensional geometry. A song, a heartbeat, a breath — all become the raw material for something tangible, sculptural, and deeply personal.

Originally created for ceramics under the Claraval brand, the idea found new intimacy and resonance when applied to jewellery. With FormsFrom Jewellery, sound is captured and cast into sterling silver, creating unique pendants that hold a memory, a voice, or a moment — forever.

Every piece is crafted in Portugal using a combination of digital precision and traditional silversmithing, and every form tells a story that began in sound.
